Participant Agreement

By booking a tour with us, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

  • All riders are required to sign a waiver and declaration form before participating.
  • A valid motorcycle licence is essential and must be shown at check-in.
  • You acknowledge that motorcycle riding carries inherent risks and accept personal responsibility for your safety.
  • You must be capable of safely handling a motorcycle in off-road conditions.
  • It’s your responsibility to remain in control at all times and to follow road rules and regulations.
  • You must bring your own safety gear—helmet, gloves, boots, etc. Riders with unsafe or unsuitable gear may not be allowed to participate.
  • Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Any accidents or incidents must be reported to us immediately.
  • We recommend arranging your own accident and/or travel insurance, as you’re responsible for your own coverage.
  • Unless otherwise requested, we may use photos or videos captured during your ride for future marketing.

Payment Terms

By booking a tour with us, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • The remaining balance is payable in instalments, typically with one payment due around 60 days prior to departure and the final payment due approximately 30 days prior to departure.
  • Specific payment amounts and due dates will be outlined in your individual booking or invoice.
  • Payments can be made securely via credit card through our website or on the day, or by bank transfer
  • Failure to make payment by the specified dates may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

  • BSB and account details will be provided on your invoice.
  • Please include your name or booking reference in the payment description to ensure it’s correctly allocated.
  • Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
  • Payments can be made securely via our website.
  • A 1.25% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days before your tour: full refund minus deposit
  • Cancellations within 90 days: partial refund (15%–75% based on notice given)
  • Cancellations within 7 days: no refund
  • No refunds for early departure due to injury
  • In the rare case we must cancel or postpone a tour due to weather or safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
